Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which customers can cancel a booking, request a refund, or reschedule services with Yespreet Salon & Home Services, operated by Yespreet Beauty & Wellness Pvt. Ltd.


1. Cancellations by Customer

Before Service Time

  • Free cancellation is allowed if made 2 hours or more before the scheduled service time.

  • You can cancel via the website, mobile app, or by calling our support number.

Less Than 2 Hours Before Service

  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time may incur a late cancellation charge or partial refund depending on the situation and time of cancellation.

No-Show Policy

  • If the customer is unavailable at the service location and does not respond within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking will be considered a no-show.

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows.


2. Rescheduling

  • You can reschedule your booking once for free, at least 2 hours in advance, subject to slot availability.

  • Repeated last-minute rescheduling may lead to restrictions on future bookings.


3. Cancellations by Yespreet

In rare cases, we may need to cancel or reschedule your service due to:

  • Staff unavailability

  • Severe weather or emergencies

  • Operational or technical issues

In such cases:

  • We will notify you promptly

  • You will be offered an alternative time slot or a 100% refund


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 3–5 business days, and depending on your bank, the amount should reflect within 7–10 business days.


5. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued:

  • For valid cancellations made in accordance with this policy

  • If the service was not delivered due to our fault or uncontrollable events

  • In cases of genuine dissatisfaction, subject to review and investigation


6. Non-Refundable Situations

We reserve the right to deny a refund in the following cases:

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows

  • Services marked as completed but later disputed without evidence

  • Service dissatisfaction reported without photographic/video proof or immediate communication


7. Force Majeure

Yespreet is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Internet or power outages

  • Public emergencies or pandemics
